Squishify is made by Xcast3D. Using the Squishify web app (squishify.app) or the Squishify WordPress plugins means you agree to these terms — written in plain language on purpose.

The free products

The free web app and the free WordPress plugin are free to use, including commercially. The WordPress plugin’s code is licensed GPLv2 or later.

Pro licenses

• Squishify Pro (web) is a yearly subscription. One license activates on up to 3 devices/browsers. While your subscription is active you get Pro features and support.
• Squishify Pro for WordPress is a yearly subscription. One license covers the WordPress sites you manage. While your subscription is active you receive plugin updates and support. A WordPress Pro license also unlocks Squishify Pro on the web where that offer applies at purchase.
• A license is for you (or your company) — don’t share, resell, or publish keys. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are shared, abused, or obtained or used fraudulently — for example, one key activated across an unreasonable number of sites.

If your subscription ends

For Squishify Pro (web), Pro features turn off and your account reverts to the free tier — nothing you’ve already exported is affected. For Squishify Pro for WordPress, the plugin keeps working and we don’t break your site; what stops is access to new versions and support. Renewing restores full access. Manage or cancel your subscription any time through the billing portal linked on your receipt and purchase page.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. If Squishify Pro isn’t for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase (hello@squishify.app) and we’ll see the refund is processed. A refund deactivates the associated license.

The usual software disclaimers

Squishify is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xcast3D is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software; our total liability is limited to what you paid for it. Always keep backups of originals — Squishify’s replace-in-place features modify files on your own site at your direction.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date above changes with them, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@squishify.app.
