Questions, answered
Do my teammates need accounts?
No. Nobody at Squishify has an account, including you. Teammates paste the shared key once per browser and type a name so you can recognise the seat. That’s it.
How do I remove someone who left?
Open squishify.app/manage, enter the email you bought with, and click the sign-in link we send. Every seat and site is listed; Remove frees the slot immediately. Their browser keeps working until its next check-in (up to a week), then reverts to the free app.
What counts as a seat?
A browser profile that has activated the key. One person on a laptop and a desktop uses two seats. When the 30 are taken, the next activation is told to ask the team admin — nobody can bump someone else off.
What counts as a WordPress site?
For Teams, it doesn’t matter — sites are unlimited. (Pro for WordPress covers 3 live sites; local, staging and other dev copies never count on any tier.)
Can I see who is using a seat?
Yes. The manage page lists every seat by the name it gave itself, its browser, and when it last checked in. You can rename seats there too, so “Unnamed device” never has to stay that way.
We’re already on Pro. Can we switch?
Teams is its own subscription, so buy it here, activate the new key on your seats and sites, then cancel the Pro subscription from the billing portal — Pro keeps working until the end of its paid period.
Is this a subscription?
Yes — $250/year, billed annually. Cancel any time through the billing portal. Teams keeps working through the end of the paid period.

Email hello@squishify.app within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
